Established over 40 years, Máirtín O Flatharta Teo is an Irish owned, family run business based in Spiddal, Co. Galway. We specialise in providing all quarry aggregates, building stone, plant hire, demolition and water treatment to name a few.
We provide quality building stone for both domestic and commercial customers. Choose to have your stone delivered to your site, or collect at our premises in Co. Galway, we are open six days a week for your convenience. Stone can be ordered in any quantity you need, from a single bag right up to several loads.
Máirtín O Flatharta Teo are members of CIRI (Construction Industry Register Ireland) https://www.ciri.ie/register... , CIF (Construction Industry Federation) and all of our Granite stone is NSAI certified (National Standards Authority Ireland).

Máirtín O Flatharta Teo sources and processes a variety of granite, sand and building aggregate products for both domestic and commercial customers in Co. Galway. All of our Granite stone is NSAI certified.
Previous work includes supplying granite rock for the roads leading up to the local windmills in Co. Galway as well as the new Patrick Pearse's Cottages in Ros Muc.

Groundwork
Máirtín O Flatharta Teo specialise in mini digger hire, plant hire, grab hire, topsoil removal, mini digger site clearance, demolition excavators and groundwork in Co. Galway. With a variety of machinery Tipper Trucks, mini diggers excavators, JCBS and track machines, we can cater for any kind of job you contract us for.
At Máirtín O Flatharta Teo, we also have a waste collectors permit for all muck out clearance and site clearance. Máirtín O Flatharta Teo has a full haulage licence to transport building materials to and from sites.
Máirtín O Flatharta Teo also cater for raft foundation or new once off houses. We can perform site clearance and fill with our own certified stone for block laying.
Water Treatments
Máirtín O Flatharta Teo specialises in water pipe repairs in underground pipes for domestic and commercial clients.
If a property has a leak, it increases the water bill, causes impairment to the foundations and to all other underground pipe work. It harms floors, woodwork and plasterwork over ground and causes a harmful living environment due to mould.
We can find the location of a water leak under almost any surface using the latest technology. We pride ourselves on being the most precise, effective and low cost effective service provider in Co. Galway.
Máirtín O Flatharta Teo have performed water pipe repairs for Irish Waters and installed water connections for Group Water Schemes.

Great news that the walkway along the coast in Spiddal Village has been opened and nearing completion. There is now a uninterrupted walkway along the coast of 1.32Kms. This is a fantastic amenity for the local community and visitors alike. I want to acknowledge the fantastic work that has been done on the walkway by the local contractor Máirtín Tim Ó Flaithearta. A big thank you also to the local land owners, the local area engineer and all the area staff for getting this project completed.
