Excavation and Access: Carefully and precisely excavating the ground to expose the compromised section of the underground pipe with minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
Pipe Section Replacement: Performing the removal of damaged pipe sections and the installation of new, compliant piping materials (e.g., MDPE, copper, ductile iron) to ensure long-term integrity.
Joint and Fitting Repair: Remedying failed joints, couplings, and fittings that are common sources of leaks through professional sealing, welding, or replacement techniques.
Trenchless Repair Options (CIPP/Lining): Where appropriate and feasible, implementing trenchless repair methods, such as Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, to rehabilitate existing pipes without extensive digging, minimising site disruption and time.

Following successful repairs, backfilling the excavation and restoring the surface (e.g., paving, landscaping) to its original or an agreed-upon condition.

Non-Invasive Surveying: Utilising advanced, non-invasive acoustic and thermal imaging equipment to accurately pinpoint the source of leaks in concealed or buried pipework.
Pressure Testing: Conducting systematic pressure tests on isolated sections of the water network to confirm the presence of leaks and localise the general area before precise detection.
Tracer Gas Technology: Employing safe, inert tracer gases injected into the system, which escape at the leak site and are detected by highly sensitive sniffers, particularly effective for smaller leaks or pipes under concrete/asphalt.
Documentation and Reporting: Providing detailed reports on leak locations, including GPS coordinates, depth, estimated water loss, and photographic evidence to facilitate efficient repair planning.
